If I'm not mistaken it's from the soundtack to 'Batman Begins'. They just used it in the trailer for the new film, that is if your talking about the 'Dark Night' trailer that came out first, which I think you are. It is the track named Vespertilio, which is the first one on the soundtrack to 'Batman Begins'.
