Hi I spent afew days in Roma last summer. I was advised that I would not find a soundtrack bonanza. This was true. I found most of the few stores I visited had soundtrack sections but they seemed to favour readily available commercial releases. I did pick up a few italian Soundtracks but on the whole I was disappointed. Try Ricordi on Via del Corso and Feltrinelli on Via V Emanuele Orlando. The Porto Portese market on Via Portuense on sunday mornings has a couple of CD stalls in whicj I found a couple of bargains for around 6 Euro. As i discovered Roma is for sightseeing and for buying shoes! In London try the large HMV and Virgin (now ZAVVI) on Oxford st. who have decent soundtrack sections
