Maybe you can help w/ this one

A lot of Asian TV shows use Hollywood soundtracks on their series, most of which are easy to identify (ie: Backdraft's Burn it All). But this one has eluded me for a very long time and I was hoping someone may recognize it. So far all web searches come up with nothing.

The instrumental starts at 0.50 and runs until 1.10,
