Are you sure it's a genuine, factory-pressed CD? From the picture, the CD face looks like a printable CD-R. I have this CD, and the face is silver with blue lettering...

Maybe there was a second pressing, who knows? But I would suggest to every potential buyer to ask for specifics before bidding.

The CD I sell is the Silva Screen FILM CD 071 (registered on Soundtrackcollector). Its' absolutely not a CD-R, just the original release. Now it's not a mint item, some few marks on the CD, but playable without any problems. It's up to you to buy it or not, but sure i'm not a bandit.
