It's strange that SAE has also the tracklisting from the boot and not from the original release. Must be a mistake...

I keep hearing that the only official CD version is the VICTOR version. Does anyone know if the MCA CD version exists (really exists)??? Some collectors on this site claim to have the MCA CD...I wish they'd post a cover image on this site.
I have the LP and the cassette version, but have never seen the MCA CD release.
