It's FSM/MGM only on my mp3-player right now:
The MGM soundtrack treasury and The Naked Spur (almost sold/traded this one. I'm glad I didn't!)

The Egyptian (Newman/Herrmann) - the original recording on FSM. I was hesitant to order this
CD, I have the LP in mono of the re-recording Newman did and it isn't one of my favorites. I
found the music a bit dull compared to other Herrmann scores. But there was much more
music so I thought of getting the Stromberg re-recording to see if I missed something. But the
reviews adviced to get the orginal on FSM instead. So that's what I ordered and it's not bad at
all. At times the sound is rather good and in stereo. I only regret that the very Hollywoodish
'Lotus pool' (hooooo hooo hooo...) is not on this CD.

Just bought a copy of "Warlock" (Jerry Goldsmith). Have yet to listen to it.
(deg63iami) "Cinderella Liberty" is one of my favorites as well. I often prefer John Williams' earlier scores. I always enjoy the scores Toots Thielemans performs on.

Currently listening to the following:-
Cash - Jean Michel Bernard - Great Jazzy score, with a nice mix of music. Highly recommended.
Escape To Victory - Bill Conti - Have always wanted this on CD, and have not been disappointed.
Johnny English - Edward Shearmur. An enjoyable score.
Le Mans/ The Hunter - Michel Legrand - Two good film scores on one CD.
Would love to see a release of Legrands score for the 1973 film "Cops and Robbers " with the title song by Grady Tate. Understand Ennio Morricone also had a hand in composing the score. Can anyone add any further insight on this?
Zigzag - Oliver Nelson- As always, a great value FSM release.
In The Line of Fire - Ennio Morricone. Some exciting action cues on this score.
Also have Ronin ( Elia Cmiral ), Get Smart ( Trevor Rabin ) and Cool Hand Luke ( Lalo Schifrin ) next in line for listening.

"Cops And Robbers" is a great film. Love the early 70's films based on the Donald Westlake novels. Hate to keep saying this but, that's another one of those films I remember watching at the drive-in when it was released (Very seldom did I go to an indoor theatre back then). Quite often packed rice and cheese sandwiches and brought along a couple of pin joints of cannibis.
I remember that main title song. Didn't know Grady Tate is the vocalist. Have thought about "Cops And Robbers" being released a few times myself.
