If you mean make a single auction with different titles, and allow users to buy each title, the closest thing is to make an auction with for ex 200 items (the amount of disc you have) and use a standar price for all.

Still, this is absurd, because some users will buy the disc thinking you have and you already sold it.
And this can cost you lots of negative feedbacks, since buyers can do it without hesitation.
Not to mention to do this, you need to have more than 10 feedback points.

Instead of selling as a lot, why not offer your titles here or on the FSM board, with prices listed? You'll likely get more for them than selling as one lot on eBay. Or, offer to send a sale list to readers here by email. If you don't list every title on eBay, you won't get much for the lot.
