boy in the striped pajamas - horner

To my shock there is no cd release of the latest score from James Horner. How can this be?
Anyone any idea why some important guy made this choice not to release it on album, only as
a mp3 download?

It's probably within the power of the executives who control the rights and they maybe don't believe that someone would buy the CD when he can download the same music---and if I'm correct, they're wrong.

There was a promo CD which recently sold on EBay for $172.
