Alan Silvestri 3-disc "Selected Themes"

Hello. About a year ago Mr. Silvestri gave me a 3-disc promotional CD set entitled "Selected Themes". I have tried to find info about it online, but the only thing I have found is info on the 2-disc set. My copy is different than this set, as mine has 3 discs instead of 2 and the songs are as recent as "The Polar Express".

Has anyone ever heard of this set before? I've been seeing how rare that 2-disc set was and I'm thinking that Alan gave me something that was truly rare and special. Any info I don't have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Edit: I thought that I would list the track listing as well. It looks like the first two discs are the same as the "Selected Themes 2nd Edition", while the third disc is the only new stuff. So here's what's on the third disc. If you want to know the track listings for the first two discs just tell me. Thanks.

1. The Mummy Returns (7:46)
2. Cast Away (3:47)
3. What Lies Beneath (6:46)
4. What Women Want (4:55)
5. The Mexican (5:05)
6. Stuart Little (5:32)
7. Serendipity (2:52)
8. Lilo & Stitch (2:30)
9. Maid In Manhattan (2:13)
10. Identity (3:40)
11. Tomb Raider II (5:26)
12. Two Soldiers (3:10)
13. Van Helsing (7:21)
14. The Polar Express (6:03)

Great!! Never heard of it, are you selling it??

With your title you are giving people the impression that a new 3cd set will be or is commercially released but anyway, do you have some tracktimes for us?

cheers!

Sorry about the title. I just wanted people to know that I wasn't talking about the 2-disc version. The package doesn't list any track times, but I'll try to copy them down from my player. I'll edit the top post to include them.

It's a promo that says "Not for Sale", so I don't think that they are going to make this thing commercially available.

I don't know about selling it, as it was a gift and I always hate to sell gifts. The songs are great and I've already copied them onto my computer, so I guess I would consider selling it since I'm not a collector or anything like that.

I have the two disc version I had not heard of a 3 disc version. Sounds cool.

I had offered my 2 disc version up for sale but was only offered 'change' for it.

Why don't you trade it then? Serious, if you are planning in "selling" it eventually do not hesitate to E-mail me, I have lots of rare stuff for trade,
cheers!

I received this set directly from Mr. Silvestri (he even signed the booklet thing for me), so I don't think that it would be a bootleg. However, if you look at the first two discs they look like regular CDs, but the third one has kind of a blue-green tint to it, almost like a recordable CD. All three discs have the same label printed on the front, except that each one states which disc it is. The contact info printed on the case is for the Gorfaine/Schwartz Agency, if that helps. I can scan some images if you'd like, as well.

I don't really collect these things, so if anyone wants to buy it I'm open to offers. I've got the songs on my computer now, so I don't really need the set.

Hello. I am bumping this back up because I ended up keeping this set for a while longer. However, I have now listed it on ebay in a no reserve auction. So if you would like this CD, it is now listed on ebay. The item number is 370343186355.
