Searching for Panzer Dragoon Saga Memorial Album for Sega Saturn videogame!!

I live in the UK and I've been searching for this rare videogame soundtrack for years. It was never officially released over here, just in the US and Japan as "Azel: Panzer Dragoon RPG Memorial Album". Any help in tracking this down would be hugely appreciated as it has been years of searching with no joy!
