I'd say it's by Clint Mansell, probably from the film score "Requiem For A Dream".

Yes clint mansell is really the first compositor we think about when we hear this music but surprisingly...it's not him >.< which is why I've been desperately searching for it !

i am guessing it is one of youtubes audioswap files. Someone composed it to sound like mansell. Open a youtube account and look around for it.
