The Joy of Motoring

Hi, i'm looking to identify a piece of incidental music and am hoping somebody on here can help.
It was used last night in BBC4's the joy of motoring, but has been used in countless other films and TV shows... one of the Comic Strip Presents Famous Five spoofs i remember.
Anyway, it is a typically British tune - very jaunty and is usually used for scenes of cars or bicycles riding through sunny country lanes. It sounds 1950s... I know this is all a bit vague, but it's driving me mad trying to find it!
