Question

Appreciate the responses to date...however when I key "Display for printing" my collection is split on a half dozen pages. Only the first portion of each page will print...what am I doing wrong...again really appreciate any help! My collection is pretty large...over 2500 items.

Has anyone attempted to print the list created.
Every time I try I can only print the first page...
Appreciate any suggestions.

have you hit the button DISPLAY FOR PRINTING first? It worked for me.
