Help : what are these pieces of music ? Thanks
Who can tell me the title of these three pieces of music used by Brian Boitano in his free program in 1984 at the Olympic games.
I know that the slow part is 3 cavatina" by John Williams but the first part and the last part , I don't know

I think the first one is Jerry Goldsmith's CAPRICORN ONE.
I cannot identify the third part, it sounds like 1970s or late 1970s cop TV series music; I tried to match it with Alan Silvestri's CHiPs theme, but that it is not.
Regarding CAVATINA, please make sure you don't confuse John Williams the guitarist and John (Towner) Williams, the composer. CAVATINA was composed by Stanley Myers and performed by John Williams the guitarist. The composer John (T.) Williams was not involved in Cavatina.

Yes handstand is right about Capricorn One. And it is John (classical guitar) Williams playing
Cavatina after that.
Not sure that the third piece is film music. Kind of pop sounding. If it was film it sounds a little
like Bill Conti to me but I am really only guessing.
