What the hell does "executive in charge of soundtrack" mean?

The one who executively executes executive duties in absolute executiveness a soundtrack production according to the executive guidelines that have been set forth and dictated by the executive board of trustees of the pertaining record label and all the executive copyright holder(s) who in turn have the supreme legal right(s) (bastard(s)!) to execute decisions pertaining to executive matter in regards to the release of that particular soundtrack.

i wanted to write "executive in charge of music" and not "executive in charge of soundtrack"...
