David Shire's LAST STAND AT SABER RIVER, terrific and powerful western score. Highly recommended.

Tylers RAMBO....
Apart from the odd Goldsmith excerpts, not much fun.

MAN IN THE MOON

Songs and dialogue excerpts. Amusing, but nothing special...

The 6 instrumental tracks by R.E.M. are the most interesting, and certainly enjoyable, of the whole CD.

Only for completists of R.E.M. or fans of the movie.

Been listening to "BROTHER ON THE RUN" by Johnny Pate

Overall a great jazzy/funky score!!! Disregard the three star rating in SC's database. That... entity, needs a good lay! I know I certainly do.

Let's see...

Even though not a film score... just put in Lalo Schifrin's BLACK WIDOW.

First track...

Sounds good!

:)

Second track....

Man we're lalogrooving here!

- Ratatouille (Giacchino), guilty pleasure
- The unforgiven (UA-box from FSM), i love Tiomkin and Raksin
- Predator (Silvestri), great Action score
- The burglars (Morricone), can´t get this melodies out of my head
- Psycho 2 (Goldsmith), don´t try to compare it with the Herrmann but i like the smart little piano tune

'L'Affaire Crazy Capo' by Vladimir Cosma

Never heard Vladimir Cosma as funky as here… great score! 'Diva' is something else. This is from the seventies. Recommended.

Inside Man - Terence Blanchard. Terrific score.

Cops and Robbers - Michel Legrand - The hype was underplayed, this is a superb and eclectic score from Legrand.

The Hunter - Again, Michel Legrand. In particular, enjoying some of the jazz infused cues.
