Boys from Brazil - almost sold out!

Just a heads up for who did not get a copy yet.
Intrada has only 350 left (of 5000!).
In my opinion it's almost as essential as 'Alien',
a great listen and a magnificent Intrada release.
Sound has been greatly improved compared to the old cd.

It's nice to see that a 5000 edition can sell as well. I hope it sets an example.

However, I think there's no reason to panic for those who want it and haven't got it yet. If Intrada has 350 left, various dealers (SAE, Intermezzo Media, Soundtrack Club, Chris' Soundtrack Corner) combined probably have the same amount left in stock as well. I wouldn't be surprised if a total of 700 copies were still available at the original price. This number is a GUESS.

This is only the second CD ever limited to 5,000 which has sold out. The only other one was "The Dark Crystal". Maybe it's time to put the units up. Definitley true in the case of Baby, secret of a lost legend. If that can sell 3,000 in 24 hours then it would've easily done 5,000! Plus Varese sold over 2,000 of "Runaway" in less than two days. The film score collecting community is much higher than when the 3,000 agreement started in the late 80's. It needs to be amended now, so labels can put out up to 5,000. PS: Airplane sold out months and months ago and you can still easily get it for $20 at places like screen archives, so in that case I also agree with the other poster above.
