Yes, it can be found in most discount bins.
I can't count on two hands how many of those I've walked past in places like Amoeba, Tower records, Warehouse, etc., with a big ass slash on the side, or a gaping hole in the barcode.

You know what, it's amazing. How did you even find us in the first place? You found us - little ol' quiet soundtrackcollector - but you didn't find eBay; looking for something like a CD didn't bring eBay to mind?
There is one on eBay, right this very second, for like $3.00. Have at it.

I'm tired of soundtrackcollector becoming the information desk for the internet!
