Someone posted this in the comments when asked about hte music:

"I'm not sure but I think the name is Flamenco Fantasy-I don't know who wrote it- and the music is by Percy Faith. It's from the same CD as Malaguena and Granada-I think! ;-) Good Luck!"

You're right, I checked, but I think it's clear listening to Percy's music, it's got to be the same artist; maybe just ask around, or check out other CDs by that artist at Amazon.com.
