www.intermezzomedia.com in Italy is also selling a few copies for 19.80 Euros.

http://www.ScreenArchives.com might have some copies later on, but oddly enough they got non listed now.
Try asking Soundtrackers@adelphia.net
He publishes a monthly list of legal (some illegal) CD titles, and he is willign to hunt down CDs.
