Problems with "The Man Who Would Be King" by Kritzerland
Any one else experience issues with track 4. It appears to hang in 2 places. A friend of mine also has the same problem. So I was wondering if this was a general problem.
The weird thing is, my Blu-Ray player plays the track without a problem.
I tried SkipDoctor, but this didn't work. My CD player still doesn't like this CD.

The error is well-known.

If you send an email to Kritzerland they will put you on a list for a replacement. There was a problem with one of the pressing machines and some discs will not play correctly on some players. The replacement will be sent from the 'plant'.

The replacement for my flawed disc arrived yesterday, very quickly after I discovered and reported the flaw. This was a professional response from Kritzerland, providing superb customer service. They immediately acknowledged the reported problem and took care of it swiftly. Their customer service is excellent.

Wow, they're shipping replacements already. That's good news. I'll have to wait quite a bit longer I'm afraid. I suspect shipping to Europe wil take 2 to 3 weeks.
