I had the same situation, a factory mistake, but yhe music is the correct one. a few weeks later I received a replacement cd with the right artwork on the disc. I never wrote Kritzerland about the mistake. I guess they found out and replaced every customer with a disc.

I am a foreign soundtrack fan in Hong Kong.

And I didn't purchase the item on Kritzerland's website directly.

So I don't think I will get another copy with correct artwork from Kritzerland.

I am from Holland and bought it from Kritzerland directly. However, you can try the shop where you bought it if they will send you a replacement cd. Kritzerland did also sent replacement cds to the shops.

Big disappointed for me was the Sawtell / Shefter, "Last Man On Earth" score being pulled at the last minute for whatever reason.

Was really looking forward to that one.

Is the replacement CD can be played? I mean if it is with the music content inside, or just a blank disc with the correct artwork on the surface?

since I wrote to them, the owner Bruce Kimmel replied me as below:

Just to be clear, what I'll be sending you on Legend is just a CD with the correct artwork on it - we never packaged these - we just sent them along with the sealed copies so people could replace them if they wanted to.

I ordered it from Screen Archives and I received the CD, perfectly sealed, with the LAST MAN ON EARTH art printed on the CD. They also included an anvelope with the correctly printed CD. I played the two of them, and both could be played without a problem, and the music was the same (Lavagnino's).

On the other hand, I was really surprised when I saw the art from the Vincent Price movie. I hope the guys at KRITZERLAND are working on this title and soon will be released... Does anybody know if this title is going to be released soon?

Yes the replacement cd can be played, it has the same music by Lavagnino.
