The score was available on LP from Varese Sarabande:

I submitted a cover for it over a month ago, but it has not shown up yet.

Taking the score from the DVD would require several programs for removing the audio and then converting it so that it could be played in a CD player. There are a lot of websites that will explain how to do this along with what programs you can use. These programs will not remove dialogue or sound effects.
