Capitol Hi-Q no longer exists as a library so the rights have reverted back to the composers/publishers. Depending on the cues you wish to license, you can find composer and publisher information on the BMI or ASCAP web site. Capitol Hi-Q material was recently licensed for a new CD release of the 'Night of the Living Dead' soundtrack, which for some reason this web site refuses to list in their database.

I recently interviewed Jim Cirronella, the producer of the new soundtrack CD which features the Capitol Hi-Q tracks, and he
offered up further details on the composers and the label's
genesis (much as is known). See

Thanks very much!I'm particularly interested in the tracks used in the Hanna/Barbera cartoons. Any idea if they
are available anywhere, or, who owns the usage rights?
