amazing score! where's it from?

i have an issue and thought you could possibly help with your extensive soundtrack knowledge.

The youtube link below is a conspiracy theory vid which is cool, but in my opinion, the background song MAKES the video more intense.

I'm an avid soundtrack collector and feel like i've heard this before in a movie but cant put my finger on it...PLEASE, PLEASE take a quick listen and maybe you can identify where its from!
