Oboe solo at Morricone conducts Morricone
Dear All,
I want to know the name of the fantastic oboist that performs the solo "The Mission - Gabriel's Oboe" at the DVD Morricone conducts Morricone, the Munich concert .

The orchestra's principal oboist since 1990 is Jürgen Evers, see

I haven't got the DVD, so I cannot check if one of them played the solo in the 2004 concert which I had the pleasure to see live.
