As the DVD hit the stores in France, this CD seems to have been re-released beyond the 2,000 limit (same packaging and contents, but no number appears in the dedicated zone). So it may not be a "limited" edition anymore.

No, the text at Amazon France says it's unavailable. There's no button to purchase it, just a "buy used" button, and no used offer.
