It turns up on eBAY fairly frequently and usually sells for somewhere between $30 and $50. An original copy of the Japanese CD release with the OBI included could set you back about $60 or more (I've seen it sell for over $100 before on eBAY!).

Other than eBAY, you won't find it anywhere except from a private seller or by lucky chance in the "used" or "rare" section of an online soundtrack retailer, like Intrada, Screen Archives, or Footlight Records.
