What's this piece of music?

In Captain America The First Avenger, there's a piece of music that's not
part of the soundtrack. It occurs on the 29th minute mark and it lasts for
30 seconds. In this scene, Dr. Abraham Erskine asks Red Skull ," Shall I
give the order?" And Red Skull replies," It has been given." Can someone
identify it please. Thank you.
