Palookaville main theme

I love the music that plays through the movie "Palookaville", which I believe is an independent film I've seen several times. I'm not sure whether the music I'm looking for was composed by Rachel Portman but she is listed as "composer" on the film. There is also a band by ththe name Palookaville, I think, but that's not what I'm after. Thanks for your help.
