THEATRE OF BLOOD PROMO question

Hello!

Regarding Michael J. Lewis' promotional issue of his soundtrack to the film "THEATRE OF BLOOD", could anyone confirm if this one was originally issued as a composer-produced CDr?

I have several other promotional titles by Mr. Lewis and ALL of them are factory pressed CDs (sparse artwork and all but factory pressed CDs).

I recently purchased what I expected to be the original "THEATRE OF BLOOD" promo and, to my surprise, I received what is clearly a CDr (with artwork and all but a CDr).

Was this precise title issued this way or have I been cheated by the seller?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I have to agree that it sounds that you have been "done".

My THEATRE OF BLOOD CD is a pressed CD and not a CD-R.

As a general rule, if I see a hard-to-find CD advertised on eBay I'll look around the 3-4 online stores that have a good selection of HTF CDs and see if I can get it from these. Otherwise, unless I have dealt with eBayers before, I tend to be sceptical.

I just purchased the THEATRE OF BLOOD promo CD from INTRADA (www.intrada.com) a couple of weeks ago, and I also can assure you that it is indeed a "pressed" silver CD, not a CD-R.
