It was released. The problem is, it was released by a smaller record label. I am guessing that this label has problems with distribution due to its size. I am still looking for it. I have looked at probably 15 record stores in my area and have never seen it.
Even online, it is difficult to find. I did notice that one sold on eBay a few days ago. That's probably your best bet. It sold for only $9.51.
