Question

Back to the Future 3 cd 2set.

Did they or will they release a 2cd set for BTTF 3?

I have a bootleg/promo 4-disc set containing the scores to all
three films, of which BTTF3 fills the last two discs. The score to the
first film is from the Delorean boot, BTTF2 is expanded from the
official release and contains extra tracks (such as the BTTF3 trailer
music). The BTTF3 score is also expanded and is in film sequence
order (unlike the official release), plus it also has alternate tracks.
None of the music has sound effects, so I'm guessing it doesn't
come from a rip. I can't remember exactly how I stumbled on it
and not too sure why it's not listed on this website, but as a fan
of the music I'm glad I have it! I have the official expanded
release from Varese, and if the other two are treated likewise I
would get them, but in the meantime this does very nicely.

Yes they did just yesterday. Intrada also just released a 2CD set for Back To The Future Pt2 today as well as a single disc version of Pt1.

Also, the bootlegs doing the rounds in the past for Pt's 2 and 3 were meant to be the recording sessions hence no sound effects.

I guess so, that was an interesting discussion!
