The synthesized nature of the music, as well as the sound effects, lead me to believe it's video game music. How about a little background, eh? Do you remember where this file came from?

I've heard this tune before. I suspect it's a production library music track, but there are so many music libraries out there and it's going to be a task pinpointing it down.

For some reason I keep leaning toward the Non-Stop Music Library, possibly from their Film and Stage category. I've hit upon a couple close possibilities.

My curiosity has been raised too about this and I'm going to try to come up with an answer.
