Can anyone identify this track? Been looking for this for a long time.

I've been trying to find this track for a while now to no avail. It's been sampled
tons, and I mean TONS, of songs, and yet none of them seem to be on
WhoSampled. The only thing I'm sure about is that it's Italian in origin and seems
to come from a film score. I've been told that it sounds like Ennio Morricone, but
I've skimmed through his catalogue and everything he's made seems to be on
streaming services, while this track (probably) isn't. It may or may not feature
Edda Dell'Orso on vocals. Any form of help is greatly appreciated.
