Is this cd a bootleg or is it an official release?

I'm pretty sure it's an official promo.

It's a promotional release made by SuperTracks/SuperCollector (http://www.supercollector.com/). I'm petty sure they still have some stock, but currently I wouldn't advise to buy from them, as they seem in some kind of trouble. That's how I got mine, however.
