Sorry to be cruel, but I don't think this soundtrack has ever been released in any form. I hope I'm wrong. But if you look for it in this database, you'll notice that the Creepshow 2 album (supposedly released by Varèse Sarabande) have the same label number than the original Creepshow soundtrack by John Harrison (STV 81160.) An error, probably....

there is only 1 cue available in a private cd compilation only,But no there has been no real cd release to date.
