Someone must know who wrote music for Fartman (from National Lampoon's White Album)

Desperate to try and figure out who wrote the music for this little comic snippet that comes from the National Lampoon 1982 album WHITE ALBUM. The music is rousing, in the vein of Lionel Newman, Steiner, or even a bit of Elmer Bernstein. I have been told it's probably just a stock music selection. But even so, someone out there on thsi earth recorded it. I have the track converted into a very small wma file, for those who are interested and would like to hear it and investigate. This is one of those life quests I'd really love to solve. Any help, would be appreciated, and rewarded, if I am able. Thanks.
