Music theme in "True romance" and "Badlands"
Please, does anybody know the title and author of the piece of music heard in Terrence Malick's "Badlands", which was later covered by Hans Zimmer for "True romance"? Thank you.

The music is from Carl Orff's Schulwerk: Musica Poetica, which is music that he wrote to be performed by students.

Thank you very much P.Saggs. I knew it was composed by Carl Orff, but I didn't know the title of the piece.
By the way, has the original piece been released in any format? Is it available on CD?
Thank you again.

The Carl Orff classic is available on a greatest hits CD with a range of Carl Orff compositions.
Lee Crowson.
