I do not have the MGM LP to which you refer but I do have the following which may be of interest - it may be a re-issue (or pre-issue?) of the one you are enquiring about.

The sleeve cover states "... played exactly as he performs it himself in the film More Than A Miracle."

I've owned the vinyl LP since 15 Jul 78 - purchased new, but discounted - the sleeve has its bottom right hand corner cut away - it has various clicks, etc. and is not in excellent/new condition. I would describe it as Fair ~ Good condition (there are no obvious scratches from sight but there are many clicks and a little distortion/surface noise).

If you are interested, I should sell the LP for GBP3.00 + P&P.
