can't figure out this song

I have a song on my computer (you can download it at www.digital-finale.com/ff7_comm.mp3) and I have no idea what the artist and title are. It's a beautiful piece (kinda low quality) that I ripped as background music from a video game commercial. If anybody knows the name of this piece or the name of the artist (or BOTH!) that help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
