I got an answer back from Mr. Ricci in Rome. FRANTIC is available on EBAY Germany, but as my German language is very very limited, does someone send me how to find this title to pay for it and work with it. Thank you Mr. RICCI from Rome.

Enter on GERMAN EBAY by Usa ebay(home page-below), then go to MUSIK,then SOUNDTRACKS(under special interest cd),then write FRANTIC.
OK at this point you could enter in the seller page and on the right click on FRAGE AN DEN VERKAUFER(MAKE AN ANSWER TO THE SELLER).
At this point i can tell you that this seller understand english and so you can say what you desire,ok?
