I'm a bit late -- you probably wanted this for Halloween. The song you're looking for is called "Elvira Rap" (aka "Here I Am"). Unfortunately, to the best of my knowledge, this song was never committed to any disc. New World Pictures, who released the film, was going under at the time of release (Elvira and Heathers may very well be the last two films they released -- but don't quote me on that), so no soundtrack was released with the great music that appeared in the movie. Your best bet is to get a sound-ripper (Total Recorder springs to mind) and record it from the DVD.
