Superman II / III, Buck Rogers (Stu Phillips) on CD

I am looking for these on cd! I know they exist but have been unable to track
any down for sale! Can anyone help?

Superman II-III exists only in a extreme rare japanese edition absolutely out of print and very hard to find. I think only in Ebay and paying a lot of money you can find this item.
Buck Rogers score by Stu Phillips exists only in LP format.

I have just missed a Buck Rogers Cd on ebay which was a mega rare promo
CD released but never available to buy. Has anyone heard of this or is it a
bootleg?

The score from Buck Rogers has NEVER been officially released on CD, promo or otherwise. I bet that the one you saw on eBay was a CD-R. In fact, Monsters in Motion was selling a Buck Rogers CD-R awhile back, so it was probably one of those.

Prepare to spend about $200 or more for Superman II/III, if you can find one.

I have attached the description of the Buck Rogers Cd I missed on ebay.
Sounded like the genuine article to me!!

Buck Rogers in the 25th Century RARE!!
CD Soundtrack 1978 classic score by Stu Phillips.

This is an archival CD recording of the classic 70s sci-fi TV series. From the
same composer as Battlestar Galactica, this was a must see for viewers in
the late 70s. This release is quite unusual since this was only ever available
officially as a vinyl, but appears her for serious collector only as a CD with the
following original stereo tracks:

Cosmic Forces
Opening Themes from TV Series (with dialogue)
Song from “Buck Rogers” (Suspension) – from the original cinema release
titles
The Draconia / Buck Awakens
Princess Ardala / Seduction
Buck’s Heroics
Introducing: Twiki & Dr Theo
Pirate Attack
Dead City / Attack of the Mutants

Something Kinda Funny
Buck Vs. Tiggerman
Fanfare & Appearance of Drago
Tailpipe Torpedo
Wilma Saves Buck /What an Ending
Closing Theme from TV Series
Song from “Buck Rogers” (Suspension) reprise

From the original MCA Records release. This is a MUST HAVE for serious
soundtrack collectors and sci-fi aficionados alike.

Soundtrack collectors' rule #1:

"archival" = CD-R

Caveat emptor.

MonstersInMotion is still selling the CD. I had one of these.
On their site they don't tell you that it is simply a transfer from
the LP plus two tracks from the opening and ending of the tv-show
with dialog. The price is $18,99.
I sold mine at ebay, but i won't tell you who bought it. You wouldn't
believe it at all :-)

They also sell 'Silent Running' from Peter Schickele, which is also a CD-R,
at $19,99.
