I've dealt with them on several occasions and have been very pleased. They are reliable, and relatively fast. At the moment they're not carrying anything I'm looking for, but I'd be more than happy to deal with them again if something came in.

I have bought many CDs from them, more than a thousand dollars worth over the last two or three years. Once in awhile their stock runs out (and sometimes they can't get any more), but the smart thing is to email first and ask if they are out of something before you submit your order. Kathy has been very good about replying promptly. Service has been fast and friendly, excellent overall.

Don't worry about their honesty or reliability.
