Is there a s/t for WITHOUT WARNING (1980)??

Help me, please!
This is an American 1980 sci-fi horror film (that had a young David Caruso of CSI fame in it) scored by DAN WYMAN, who also worked with John Carpenter on the Halloween films. I know there are DVDs of this available but I'm hoping to find the SOUNDTRACK!

Not only was there never a soundtrack released, the film has never been oficially released on video in any form although there are "gray area" dvds around if you look hard enough.

Actually there was an official video release of Without Warning in the early 80's in Australia through Star Base Video. It's still available if your look hard enough.
