Omme Kolsoum: Wedad

It seems that in 1999 the original soundtrack to the 1936 Arabian movie "Wedad" by the famous singer Omme Kolsoum was released by EMI Arabia featuring seven tracks and before that by Sonodisc France featuring eight tracks. What's the difference between the two releases, how's the music like and where can I actually find it? Thanks in advance.
