Female singer in "The Thorn Birds" last track

Please, does anybody out there know who is the female singer in the last track of the original soundtrack album to "The Thorn Birds"?
The song is entitled "Anywhere the Heart Goes" and it's written by Henry Mancini (music) and Will Jennings (lyrics).

Yes, her name is Monica Mancini and I believe she is Henry Mancini's daughter. I have search for that song for quite a while. I could only find the instrumental version but yesterday I go lucky...... Monica Mancini sings "Anywhere the heart goes". I found the song on the Internet.
