Forum - Looking for a soundtrack

Question

For the past few months, there were listings on several sites including Amazon and Wal-Mart for a Fat Albert soundtrack. It was a song album rather than a score. It was supposed to be released on February 1. These listings have since been removed. Does anyone know why it was cancelled?

Probably because the movie tanked. I'm sure they expected the film to still be in theatres at this point. ;) :)

Soundtracks have been canceled before when the film did not perform as expected. Then again, they may wait for the DVD to be released.
