The cd is available from a company in Hungary called Folio (www.folio.hu). It's possible to contact them at folio@folio.hu

I sent an e-mail to them and received back a secure link for payment of the disc. The price was not unreasonable and their service was excellent. The disc came from Hungary to the UK in 3 days without any problems.
